Question
The residents' wish was to create a modern and exclusive home where all elements are coordinated into a cohesive whole. Both the appearance of the home and the living comfort were central to this. There was a need for a high-quality and sustainable home where large windows would ensure maximum light penetration and an open character.
There was also a need to expand the living space, focusing on relaxation and making the most of outdoor living, whereby the outdoor space forms a fluid transition to the garden. Furthermore, the desire for covered parking in the form of carports, in keeping with the architecture of the house, played a role.

Our approach
Following an extensive survey of residents' wishes, the complete project has been worked out step by step. During the design phase, all aluminium applications have been carefully coordinated, from the window frames and facade cladding to the verandas and garden rooms.
Following approval of the design, production of all custom parts began. Extensive preparation and tight project planning enabled the efficient assembly of the different elements.
